They look at least as good as last year's game, if not slightly better.
Looks like they've added a couple of new dunks, the somersault dunk by Mutombo (nice to see him in the game as a Legend, too) looked like a new variation on the theme. That's nice to see, while the dunks were cool last year I felt like I saw them all fairly quickly and the same ones were triggered a little too often. I'm all for more variety there and some rare dunks so we can have some "Wow, never seen that one before!" moments the more we play.
It's an early trailer. Early trailers for last year's game had LeBron on the Cavs, but he was on the Heat in the finished game. Also, Ron Artest hasn't officially changed his name yet. That won't happen until late August and even then a judge could rule against the petition (though that's unlikely). And the roster updates also refer to updates that will come out following the game's release.
So yeah, that's something they can fix up if/when Artest's petition to change his name goes through and the change is official. Again it's an early trailer, so that's not really a detail to pick apart.
Haha i just said it because on the lockout professionals advertisement at the espy's, "metta" said "Hi, i used to be ron artest, but now, i'm metta world peace. I love filing papers so much, that i might change my name to "I love filing papers so much"".
