what suppose to be the problem with this medium logos? I already minimize their image size but still it appears like this...

Looks like they're not positioned properly in the .fsh file. Try moving them closer to the top left corner.

i think sir,moving is not enough, what i did is i opened new document with a 1000 x 1000 pixel in my photoshop, then i copied it and erase the backgrounds, then i free transformed it then adjust.. i think the space provided for that select dynasty team logo is the default space for the original logo of the nba.. so i adjust and adjust it until it will be clear.. tnx anyway sir for the responds..

The texture size you're importing needs to be the same (from memory, it's 256 x 256 for the medium logos). The new logo should be roughly the same size as the one you're replacing and placed in the same position within the texture. That should avoid any size and positioning issues.

As per step seven:

Replace the logo art with a new logo that you've sourced or created. Note that the replacement logo must have a transparent background, so cut out your logo or use the Magic Wand tool in Photoshop as necessary. You must then resize the new logo so that it matches the dimensions and positioning of the old logo; in other words, it must be roughly the same size as the old logo (if you were to draw a box around it) and placed in the same spot on the canvas (either completely cover up the old logo if you can or clear the canvas and position the new logo in the same position). When you're done, save the .dds file.
