if you would buy original disc of nba, i sure you would not have any problems! Pirate!

Check the controller configurations or the manual in regards to keyboard controls. Failing that, hacks that bind joystick controls to keys have been posted before, run a search here in the NBA Live 07 section for those and more info on using the keyboard. Bottom line, it's a lot easier with a gamepad but there are some workarounds and tips that have been discussed at length before.

As for the commentary, try reinstalling the game. If you're not using an original copy of the game then I'm afraid we can't help you with that.
