How to avoid the generated rookies every after season in dynasty mode. Is there any way to disable this? or is it possible just to delete the generated rookies in the .dbf file?

It can't be disabled, but I suppose you could remove all generated rookies to the Retired Pool (you'd also need to reorder the rosters through DBF editing if you did that; more info on that can be found in the Wiki).
