Bayag. there's a trick i used to correct that center line or any other line issue. just divide your center line image into two color, so, if you want to have it white and green and the image resolution is let's say 32X32, so it's going to be 32X16 white on the left and 32X16 green on the right. then. if actual baselines and center lines colors are different and they tend to use the same color in court file, you do this - select baselines (or any other lines that interfere), open UV map editor, and resize their mapping to correct color (so in this case, if lines are white, just drag that part that it's on the green side of the image to white side). same with the other color.
