What can i do with the memphis grizzlies

I've decided to do a memphis grizzlie dynasty because even though they're not good, i think their starting lineup is just about complete with great young talent. Casol, Randolph, Gay, Mayo and Conley. But what can i do with this team? What i mean is, how can i help them win an nba championship in 3 years? In this years rookie draft i'm thinking a small forward in the first round, and a 7 foot center in the second. I may make a trade or two to try to get another small forward just in case i can't resign Rudy Gay. So my question is, what do i have to add to this team to bring them an nba title in three years?
