Can't get NBA Live 07 for PC to open full screen

I've had the game for almost 2 years, and every time I opened the game it opened full screen. Now it suddenly began opening as a tiny window (about 1/4 the screen) in the center of the screen surrounded by black on all sides. I'm confused as to what could have changed, and I'm not finding any settings to make it normal again. Has anyone else had and overcome this issue?

Have you updated your video card drivers or anything like that lately?

The only way that video drivers would have been updated is via the auto updates that Vista runs overnight. It doesn't seem that there would be any major overhauls in those does it?
Also, I have completely uninstalled the game and re-installed and the problem persists.
