Help! Loosing dynastys

[Cleveland wins]

Recently i had to reinstall windows, and i reinstall and downloaded the updates. But after i save my dynasty and turn off the computer, and whenever i want to go back to the dynasty and load that file, the file/dynasty is gone. I had a cavs dynasty that disappeared, but it came back, and now my new york knicks and bulls dynastys are gone. Why does that happend?

Sounds like the problem lies outside the game. That's a strange one.
