Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

I'm trying to decide if this is a fair trade.
FYI, this is for NBA Live 2007 just in case anyone wonders if it's in the right forum.
A Note About My Dynasty Setup:
It's December 2006 and I'm playing with 2007-08 Rosters (Greg Oden and Kevin Durant highlight the rookie class, non-injuries as I wanted to see Oden in his first season). I could not figure out how to start in the 2007 season with this roster and I have no plans of starting over.
I've been in the market the previous two weeks (game weeks, not real weeks), for some help down in the paint. I haven't sent it yet as I prefer to draft up the trade offer, save the franchise, and then hope for the best so that way I cannot play "God" by correcting mistakes, in a sense.
So here's the trade offer I am considering:
Chicago Sends to Portland:
SF Andres Nocioni, 78 ovr, 7.50M
SG Thabo Sefalosha, 70 ovr, 1.81M
Chicago Receives from Portland:
C Joel Pryzbilla, 64 ovr, 5.76M
PF Channing Frye, 74 ovr, 2.49M
Nocioni is not seeing as much playing time as he deserves and when he does, it's usually at PF which cuts into Tyrus Thomas' minutes. As for his playing time at SF, blame Luol Deng for being resilient.
Portland has high interest in Sefalosha which bodes well for my Bulls because we already have a log jam at the guard spots. He's been playing well lately which I guess helps in this trade. His movement would allow me to bring up JamesOn Curry to see how he plays out because Ben Gordon and Chris Duhon are in a contract year. Chances are Duhon is in his final year as a Bull despite the fact that I like having him as a Bull. Salary-speaking though, he's not a feasible option.
Joel Pryzbilla provides shot blocking, offensive rebounding, defensive rebounding, strength, veteran leadership down in the paint. Everything that Joakim Noah is lacking at the moment. His attributes say otherwise but his play on the court has declined quickly over the past three weeks of play.
Channing Frye allows me to be flexible with Tyrus Thomas, meaning I could play Thomas at PF for fast break offense or at SF with Gooden/Frye playing the low post helping out on the boards as well as giving us another inside scorer.
So, thoughts?

It's not too bad in terms of clearing a logjam and it would give you a bit more depth up front but for the players you're sending away, you could be getting more in return.

Yeah, I actually really don't want to send Nocioni away but it came down to this:
1. Kirk Hinrich
2. Ben Gordon
3. Luol Deng
4. Tyrus Thomas
5. Drew Gooden
6. Larry Hughes
7. Andres Nocioni
8. Everyone else
The Big 3 are my cornerstones for this franchise. Tyrus Thomas is too much fun to give up at this point. Gooden has been my best rebounder and has been the biggest contributor in the paint when Thomas isn't playing. Larry Hughes is quickly carving himself a nice little niche in this team but I'm really considering holding off until the either closer to the Trade Deadline or Off-Season to decide whether or not to move him for a Center that will put Chicago over the top.
I've gone through the rosters but not one player says "pick me, pick me!" except Greg Oden, and honestly, I'd rather just see how he plays out in Portland. As for every other center outside of the big names, no one really has anything I like about them, even Andrew Bogut.
Honestly, a lot of the reason why I'm even asking is because I feel weird moving players off my team that are currently on the live team but at the same time, we're struggling to create second-chances and turning the ball over via the block rather than the steal.

I feel the same way with my Bulls Dynasty games, at least when it comes to the core group. I prefer not to deal them away as long as they remain Bulls in real life.

How about trying a bit of the "Middle man" Trader? Look for a team that needs help you can offer (let's call them team A), look at their roster and find the best player you can trade for, look for another team who is looking for that kind of player with the player you are looking for (let's call them team B), and then trade for the player in Team A, then give him/them to team B to get the player you want.
So basically what happens is that:
-You give Team A's need.
-Team A gives you Team B's need.
-You give Team B's needs to Team B.
-Team B gives you your need.
IMO, you could try going to a trade with LA Clippers. They are in need on PG's even though it's loaded since they don't really have great PG's there, and they also have SG problems as well. You could try trading for either Cory Maggette, Al Thorton, and/or Tim Thomas and then Trade them to Utah for Boozer or Millsap, or Minnesota for Al Jefferson or Gomes, or Detroit for Jason Maxiel, or Amir Johnson depending on the type of players you get from the Clipps.
