any issues w/playing online after updating the MOD

Yes. You will get disconnected if the other player doesn't have the mod installed.
I'm not sure exactly what files need to be the same, but to be safe, make sure each player has the exact same files in these folders.

anim
audio
loc
scripter
tuning
ubi
and possibly
merlin
