Need Some Help!!!!!

Hi guys. I have a problem regarding NBA Live07.
When ever I load NBA Live07 there are no videos showing.
e.g.
There are no videos showing like "EA sports to the game"
There are no videos showing the "trailer of 07 before the pic of TMAC"
There are no videos showing in the Main Menu like the video of Lebron James, TMac, Yao Ming, Allen Iverson, Vince Carter, and other superstars.
And when ever that happened, my NBA Live Close and says NBA Live07 should be close.
CAN Someone help me?????

Try reinstalling the game.
