PLEASE HELP ME

i have installed live 07 ripped version ( no needs cd )

and i see that in the game there is no fatigue option and players are not subsititioning then i searched and found i have to install original patch

and i cant install offical patch (i think beacuse of my ripped version )

do anyone know where can i download orginal version of nbalive2007.exe?

and how can i fix my problem ?

is there other way to fix to fatigue and subsition problem without installing original patch .
