Problem after reinstall Nba Live 07

Ok, I uninstalled NBA live 07 because some patch screwed the game up, After i reinstall it, all the patches are still in the NBA live program file folder, and the game is back to its screwed up state. How do you prevent these patches from reappearing?

They don't reappear, you need to delete them after you uninstall.
