Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

I feel really stupid, but I just can't figure this out ...

just bought NBA Live 07 for the PC. I know, better late than never, right?

When I create a roster or a player I can't find how to save either. I can't even save a dynasty.

I presume it should be in the upper right corner like Madden, but all that is there is the exit to Windows X. When I go to the save/load page it just gives me the "new" option and won't allow me to click it.

I'll admit I have been really tired lately with a new baby in the house so maybe I wasn't as observant as I should be, but I just can't seem to find any way to save anything in my game.

Am I missing something? Is this common and there's a patch for it? Am I just that stupid? Help!

Welcome to the Forum. :)

You need to go to the Load/Save menu under Options. If you have no existing saves, the only thing you'll see under the list of saved files is "New", indicating that you will be saving in a new folder (once you've saved a game or roster, you'll be able to overwrite it by clicking on it).

There's also a button to Save Rosters/Season/Dynasty/Playoffs, depending on which mode you are in at the time. That's the button you need to click.

I have done that, but when I click on "new" it doesn't give me an option to save anything, the screen just stays the same.

Look up. There is load/save/delete, you probably just aren't noticing it.

Forget about clicking on "New", you need to click the Save button above that. If you don't have any existing saves, you'll automatically be saving your game/rosters in a new folder.

This is what you need to look for:

Note that if you're in Dynasty or Season Mode, the button will read Save Dynasty or Save Season rather than Save Rosters.

Will do.

Like I said, I'll probably be really embarassed when I get home from work tonight and it's staring me right in the face.

No worries, you wouldn't be the first person to miss those buttons.
