Unlocked shoes still locked in new dynasties.

Well, in my really really old dynasty, I've unlocked all the shoes and all of these things, tattoos also, but in my new dynasty, I can't wear them. If I go to NBA store ingame, it shows that everything is bought, but it still doesn't let me wear them, the lock icon is still on.

Can someone tell me what's wrong, and help me, please ?
