Is there anyway to launch NBA live in window mode?

I want to play NBA Live in window mode, I tried using a program called Dxwnd,
but had no success , anyone have any ideas?

Also, I wanna slip in one more question: When I installed NBA Live, I had to input a serial code that came w/ the manual.
If I uninstall the game, or reformat my computer, will the code still work when I reinstall it later on?

Ive made several attempts to make windowed mode work and I havent found one that works yet.

And yes, each time you install you will need your code.

And as long as it's valid, you shouldn't have any problems with the CD key. I've had to format/reinstall the past and I haven't run into any problems yet.
