Run & Gun Offense

I'm running a dynasty on my PC and I've found that the game (for me, anyway) is the most fun when I can get up and down the court quickly. It's just more exciting, and with the right players I've been pretty successful. It only really works when I'm able to get a steal or defensive rebound.

Problem is, when the CPU scores and I have to inbound the ball, I have one or two guys that are REALLY slow to get up the court. Often I'm left with my PG and two post players when I get into my half-court set.

Is there any way to speed this up? Any particular play call that will get my team to move their asses?
