How do you select Superstar types using the PC version? pls help me.......

To scroll through the FSS types, you need to hold the FSS trigger and press the Off-Ball button.

On a Logitech Dual Analog pad, it's Button 5 (the front left shoulder button, equivalent to L1 on the Playstation 2). I'd assume it would be the same on similarly designed PC gamepads.

what if i'm using the keyboard? is it C then R?

I don't know the keyboard controls offhand but if you check your controller configuration, you'll see which keys are assigned to those functions. The procedure is the same, you just need to hit the assigned keys.
