Which playbook should I use if I have a tall guys team?

For both offense and defensive, which playbook should I use if I have so many tall guys in my team? I want to get more rebound no matter offensively or defensively.

just run pick and rolls and just straight up man to man for defense

Logically shift 2-3, box-1 both work..but which is more effective..really need to prove by real time...may be even EA doesn't have this data LOL

highest is 7 feet 6 inches create a player
8 feet is crazy
short in height is good too
