No Photo When I Go To The Line!??? Umm HELP!

I got my nba live 07 working just the way I want it too..
but then I noticed someting odd.. whenever a player gets fouled.. does not matter which team, or player, but when they are at the foul line about to shoot, before the players photo or portait if you will would show.. now all i get is an ugly ass EA Logo and the name?!?!!
How do i fix this? PLEASE HELP
