Why do players get traded automatically?

Man could anybody tell me what to do to avoid this problem... I want to play with the real rosters but everytime i start a dynasty, some players are traded to other teams, e.g. i was playing with cleveland i found out that olowakandi was playing for the bobcats when i played them...

I want the rosters to stay the same way i put them when i start the dynasty, i mean... no trades... what do i have to do???

Unfortunately, there's no way to disable the automatic CPU trades in the recent games. You can however, reverse trades through DBF editing.
