Problem with the faces

I have a problem with the faces of a roster update... some faces like al horford or yakuba diawara are just silver faces, basically it sucks... could somebody tell me what's wrong?

The game can't find cyberfaces for them. DL cyberface files for anybody with no face.

If you're using the NLSC update, the installation file may have placed the art in the wrong place; please check Faces Troubleshooting.txt (included with the patch) for more information. As SpaceFlare said the problem is that the patch is looking for cyberface files that aren't present so if you're using another update that is missing faces or doesn't include any faces, you'll need to download missing face patches accordingly. The faces in the NLSC roster will work with any other roster so even if you don't wish to use my roster you can always download it for the compilation of face patches that have been contributed.
