Pro Hop

How do I use the prohop properly. Whenever I do it and say try to shoot a layup off it I travel. I also travel when trying to dunk off it a lot. How do you guys use the prohop?

With the way it's implemented in NBA Live 07, I rarely used it as I found it too awkward. Basically you've got to transition from the pro hop to a dunk or layup as smoothly as the game will allow. It's not as effective as in other NBA Live games, in my opinion.
