Players hands problem

Hi,
I been searching for a reason as to why some players I have in the game have "coloured" hands like as if they were wearing gloves or something.
Does anybody have the same problem or know of a solution?

Generally it's an issue with arm/tattoo updates. Do you have any patches installed?
