hey guys
after changing the primacy of players in my dynasty using the dbf editor, i noticed that they changed by themselves after a little while, is this suppose to happen? is it different from the live 04 primacy rating?
i am getting sick of wade getting 6 ppg

Primacy updates with injuries and transactions.
And it only affects the team in question.
What you can do is to save the primacy column in players.dbf file and replace it after every dynasty week.
