problem add Potrait

Hi all out there, i Using the FshEd too add a potrait to my created player, but it cant open the .fsh file, it showing message "the file u open is not a valid......", so i wanna know any thing can solve ? and i also open a new .png file for it...
is it other application to edit .fsh file to import .png file ? i had use Fshx..but it cant import .png file too...thank for all your help
