i already i finished installing the official patch...
there is already a fatigue on\off thing in it...
i also did the fixes in jimmy's stuff...
but still the cpu doesn't sub...
help please....!

Try reinstalling the game and then reinstalling the patch. You can also try increasing the Substitution Frequency sliders.
