A question about the WORKETHIC attribute in players.dbf

After some editing I found that, in addition to the values described in the Players.dbf Editing Guide, which ranges from 0 to 3 (0 being the best and 3 being the worst), some players have a workethic value of 4. Some current players with a workethic of 4 include Al Harrington, Erick Dampier, Darius Songaila, Andre Miller, Andrei Kirilenko, Corey Maggette, Larry Hughes, and Drew Gooden. And most of the players with a workethic of 4 are the rookies generated in the Dynasty Mode.

Does anyone know what workethic level does 4 represent? Better than 0 or worse than 3?

My guess it that it's worse than 3.

Probably these are guy that are destined to loose their skills very quickly.

I believe they're also more likely to gain weight and lose muscle tone.

Interesting selection of players... I can see Dampier, Hughes, and Miller as players on the way out, but Maggette and AK?

strange. and what about shaq, kevin willis, chris webber... Wouldn't these guys be 4s?
