I cant unistall the Fiba Mod!!! help anyone!!!

PLease!! like i try to unistall my program of NBA live 07 and nothing deleted and also the fiba is still there i dont know why? Help?!

You'll need to remove any files that are left behind when you uninstall the game. Be sure to make a backup of any of your other saves or patches you wish to keep if you don't want to lose them.
