boston dynasty help

i started boston dynasty with latest nlsc roster patch.. and i didnt make any moves yet. right now, im training Rondo, Perkins, and Tony Allen.

any suggestions on realistic moves? and who to train?

PF-Garnett
SF-Pierce
SG-Ray Allen
PG-Conley

i want to sign FA Gary Payton but i dont have enough salary cap.. any ideas other than cheating?

i want Gary Payton to backup Conley.. then House to backup Ray Allen

The only solution would be to clear cap room. Considering the players the Celtics currently have under contract I would suggest that's close to impossible.

EDIT: memphis proposed me a trade.. pau gasol for paul pierce.. shoudl i do it?? this would also free up some cap space

Gasol is playing well so far.. hes a MVP candidate.. his stats are 24.8ppg, 9.1 rpg, 4.4 apg, 2.05 bpg, 1.77 spg

I think you should save Pierce for you,u have KG,but if you need a centre u could accept the trade,and make KG or Gasol a centre,then trade 2 or 3 players (the worst players) for another whos salary isn't much,I think thats a way to increase salary cap
