Morrison for Roy?

Postby Effekt on Sat Apr 07, 2007 1:39 pm

I'm going to start a Charlotte Dynasty soon, and I'm a big fan of Brandon Roy (My fave 06-07 rookie). I was thinking whether or not to trade Adam Morrison for him, the trade would most likely be accepted, but I'm not sure...

i have morrison and roy in my blazers dynasty. morrison is leading my team in scoring, but roy is only a couple of points behind and is leading the league in assists.

i would get roy. he develops nicely, and you dont even need to train him. over 7 seasons in my simulated dynasty he deveolped to 88 overall. i dont know what morrison developed to over 7 years. i will check on that for u

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

EDIT----ok i just checked. after 8 seasons roy is 89 overall(superstar inside and ouside scorer, superstar shooter and playmaker. and also superstar outside stopper)

morrison is 89 overall(superstar shooter, ouside in inside scorer)

so my pick would have to be Roy.

Well I made the trade, but spiced it up and got something twice as good.

I hired A. Emmett (64) for 600K for a year. I then packaged Emmett, Morrison (74) and Brezec (68) for Aldridge (75) and Roy (72). :)

Roy is posting up 20+ with 5+ Rebounds/Assists in his first 4 games.

Aldridge is posting up 15+ and 9-11+ rebounds.

i always train someone on one thing for a whole season, so in the previous off-season i get the cheapest person who is the best in that catagory.

yeah. for about 4 of the 8 seasons, i had 2 assistants. never had 3 though.

when i had 2 assistants, they would both be good at one thing. eg, 1.A+ off. 2.A off, or something like that.
