my game crashes everytime I try to load or save the game

I would like to seek your advice on what causes the game to crash as I save or load the game. it just occured this afternoon. I haven't experienced it before.

I get these errors when I wanna play my dynasty on my other computer. I copied the save of my dynasty from my computer to my other one and never had any problem of continueing my dynasty untill now

I think it has something to do with RyanPs draft patch cuz other saves without the patch still work. It DID still work after i installed the patch for a while though

SVG, there's a problem in your Appearance.dbf. Try reinstalling the draft patch in your back-up dyansty again.(make sure you back it up again)

I reinstalled a few times and now it works, I dont know what i did to make it work again but w/e
