Thouhts on My Line-UP

Postby jonmchugh007 on Wed Mar 14, 2007 9:42 am

Hello all. I am in my first year of my Cleveland Cavaliers Dynasty. right now I just passed the all star break and played a couple games after the break. I am like 20 games over .500 or something and here is my line-up. What do you guys think? Are there any ways I can make it better in the offseason? I have been trying to trade for a top pick but getting no where. Here is my line-up.

Starers:
C - Anderson Varejo
PF - LeBron James (unstopable on the post, I switch him at SF depending who I am playing)
SF - Larry Hughes
SG - Richard Hamilton (traded Z straight up)
PG - Dan Gibson

Bench:
PF - Donyell Marshell
PF - Drew Gooden
SG - Sasha Pavolovic
PG - Damon jones
PG - Eric Snow
SG - Shannon Brown

I change up my starting five every now and then depending on who I am playing and which player. Any advice would be well appreciated!!!

Jon

I think its better to have a line up like this

C Anderson V (A big man who can rebound but you can upgrade your center)
PF Drew G (A decent athletic big man, he can do the dirty work for you)
SF LeBron J (One of the best player in NBA Live 07 can play multiple positions)
SG Richard H (your Shooter)
PG Larry H (i think he can handle the ball and he can also create havoc with his defense)

Trade Damon Jones or Eric Snow. you have to many PGs.

I agree with you that I have too many gaurds. Maybe at the end of the sason i can try to ship jones and snow for a couple of draft picks. i already traded away my 2nd rounder for hamilton along with z. i like having rip coming off the bench. he is a scorer and sometimes when he gets hot he can't be stopped. thanks for the advice. any more would be great!

Have you got a back up SF? Try gettin one for snow or jones.

and I agree that Larry hughes would make a good point guard, maybe they should do that in real life lol.

Larry is now the point guard of the cavs. at least for the time being. it looks like he is very comfortable in that position.
