Help on cyberface please

I'm not really into cyberface making, but i recently started trying to do some, ive seen some really good ones, but mine seem to look like crap, ive read all the cyberface tutorals but i still can't seem to get it right. How good do you have to align the eyes, ears, and nose, do they have to be on point, and another thing the eyes for the cyberface on the right hand coner, i put the eyes over those but it still doesn't line up right is ther a trick to that, or maybe there are some other little things that would be helpful.
