you can do a 2 step trade (i recommend this in the off-season after the 1st dynasty)
Camby and Martin for McGrady and Head
Then Carmelo for Bosh
Then sign Ron Turiaf and Chris Mihm, you'll have 3 centres, not solid ones, but a better backcourt

In general you can't say all those trades work. It depends on trades and signings already made by the CPU teams and there is a random interest. Reload the game several times and you'll notice a change. I once trades Dunleavy for Mike Miller, only after reloading the game some time it was accepted so there's no guarantee all the trades mentioned above work.
