1---How Can I Put A Players Face In The Menu Where It Shows The Player Info???
2---How Can I Change A Original In-Game(not created)Players Skin Like:Kobe To Be White(example)Is It Possible???

For Appearance, go to DB Commander and change the skin color to 1. Which is white, I think.

Note that by changing a player's skin tone in the dbf will not change the colour of his cyberface. Cyberfaces are art files that must be edited seperately.
