DBF editing not working!!!

I have a problem which really gets me enoyed:I want to edit to change a players name with DB COMMANDER like this:
SO i change the name and exit and then i enter the game!!!When i go to the editet player name its the old name Morrison Adam not the new one that JuJuan...
Please tell me what i need to do to see the editet name in-game.Thanks

be sure you click on the check icon just below the table. or after you make the changes, click on the other part of the table before exiting.

well i tried with other editors to,edited it in wordpad but still it doesnt shoes the changed name just the old one

have you tried what i told you using db commander?

loaded the rosters?..iono..and if you change shoes be sure to do it in appearance.dbf not players
