I need a help here. I created a player and gave him:

FG 75
3Pt 56
FT 65

I want to make him a shooter, but i don't want to give him FG 80, 3PT 80, FT 80. Is it really?

u need to put them 80
the stats are to low...or go dynasty and start training ur man like i did...i created player avarage 60 after second year hes 68

No, i mean how i can make him a shooter, without change stats? Maybe patch, or edit config..

You can assign him Shooter FSS abilities through dbf editing but if his ratings don't allow him to qualify for a FSS moveset you'll find he loses those abilities whenever the game recalculates overall ratings and checks to see if a player qualifies for FSS (eg when trades are made or players are edited).
