It's a bit difficult to make any suggestions without knowing the state of the league three years into your Dynasty or the other players on your roster.

i can say that it is inevitable for the 76ers to trade AI for practically anyone else because of the circumstance before the trade would happen. i think AI is one of the greatest player in the league, the 76ers can't handle him. and having Dre for AI is not bad as it look like. Dre is a very good but very underrated player who can handle the ball well and run the point.
