Missing Cyberface

I have waited for Nslc to release a patch that will fix my missing cyberface problem but i have waited patch after patch and it still shows a black head for certain players. Plz someone help me

I've try to go back and do all the patches by order to see if i'll get the missing cyberfaces but when i try to download the old patches they all keep turning out to be the lastest one... So still I really appreciate if someone would give me some hints or patches that I could download to fix this problem.
