What do you mean? Put a patch into your game?
Basically it's just placing the downloaded patch file(s) in the X:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 07\sgsm folder, with X as your hard disk drive letter.
If you're asking for "how to patch the game", there are tons of tutorials here at the forums. Seek and you shall find
