Help controllers !!!!!

Hello,
First excuse me for my english, I'm french !!!
I have a big problem with controllers. I can configure them but not play. I can assign all the buttons, can save my configuration but when i want to play (every modes) nothing works, can't move, shoot or pass even if it works with keyboard. I use a Saitek p220 (which worked with nba live 04) and a thrustmaster dual trigger 2-in-1, which works with all of my other games... Please help me, I want to play !!!!!
