Problem with players face, body.

i was playing around with EA GRAPHIC EDITOR.
like extract hairs and tatto and import to another player and stuff.
but later, i've realized that all the player's face looks all the same.
i thought the system might have been crashed.
so i removed the NBA LIVE 2007,saved files and i reinstalled it.
but it still has the same problem.
all players face looks all the same, like before.
can somebody tell me whats the problem? and tell me how to fix it?
