In create a player: there is no head

When I try to create a player in NBA Live there is no head, i though it might just be in the creator but in a "individual practice" the player was headless as well. What should i do?

i had the same problem.......
i had installed some patch(cant remember what) when it happened......
i uninstalled it and it was OK again

can you tell what patch it was?

was it possibly my Created Player Update patch?

On another note, can you post a pic of that for me?

i think it was NLSC roster updete......
i allso had little holes in my player......
...really cant understand why it happens.....
......im so sad that i cant use NLSC roster

I think you have installed a settings file that has lighting turned on, but your video card doesn't support lighting, therefore you have the holes. Try turning lighting off in the detail settings and see if that fixes it.
