Creating your own PLAYER - beging for help!

Hello,
I want to create myself in NBA Live 07 game. The "create a player" function in this game is really poor, i'm talking about cyberfaces. So how can I create myself in this game using another programs and editing some NBA files, like you guys do ?
Here is what i found in this forum:
