NBA Street 2007 - 'Final' Features List

This will be the 'official' thread for the Total Conversion Mod changing NBA Live 07 to NBA Street 2007.


Features

Get rid of or tweak FSS to make it a completely new expirience.
'New' animations.
A street court for every NBA team.
Additional teams such as shoe teams and the AND1 Mixtape Tour Teams.
A 'story' mode featuring the AND1 Mixtape Tour.
A completely stand-alone experience that does not affect your normal NBA Live 07 game or dynasty's.

Harlem Globetrotters and Rapper Teams
'Original' ABA Style ball will be the default ball (if you dont like it you can just change it on your own)
5 players to a team, no subs.
There will be 'city' courts (like for Boston I want to make 'The Fens' {yah I've played there})
Realistic (no jeans) jerseys for each team, jerseys will be HQ and there will be no numbers (but I do have a trick up my sleeve) and they will be fictional but not 'gansta'

not new new, 'new' animations like having FSS dunks for regular dunkpacks and some other things. We still can not make completely new animations.

Thanks for the early support guys. I still have 5 courts to finish up for midnight ballers but after that this is what I will be mainly working on.
Thank you for offering those jerseys m@rcus but I am going to try something a little different with the jerseys.

I will be sending out PMs this weekend to some people around the community for future help on this project. After that I will layout what will be featured in this project; hopefully sometime early next week.

Right now I have some questions for the community, if you could please answer these it would help this mod out a lot.

Should we ditch FSS or use it in this Mod?

Should we narrow rosters down to 5 players per team or have subs?

With courts, should we do real courts from each city, fictional courts, or use courts from each region (like the celtics playing at the cage so we can include the cage, rucker, and soul in the hole)?

What style of jerseys should we do? Fictional, basic white for home teams and black for aways, Street: Homecourt style, or Jersey tops with jeans or other generic shorts?

What kind of ball should we use, composite or 'original'? ABA style or NBA style?

What kind of score overlay?

Anything else you want to include in this? Or ideas for this mod?

i think u should get rid of the ffs move on this mod ,
for some cities use the park like new york should use some famous parks
i think u should narrow it down to 5 people becaues its street

the ref's uniform will def be changed, if you wanna see what I came up with just now check the Midnight Baller's Dynasty.

Let's keep this mod as realistic as possible. I don't want baby teams or anything like that. Rappers on the other hand can for sure be in this. Those bheds and portraits will def help.

I really suggest the the court from each region, street jerseys, ABA ball/Fictional Ball.

And a very stupid request, but it maybe possible if you can make it. Im a very avid fan of WWE. Can you make a team of WWE superstars. Like in C undertaker, F Kane, F Batista, G Lashley, G Mysterio... I know its stupid and needs a lot of work... but I will be thankful if you can make it

I think u should make 5 Man Roster and put the rest of them into the inactive list...(if that's possible) so u can still choose you're favourite line-up to start but won't be able to substitute...

To me the region courts thing sounds nice...

About the jerseys I can only say: I don't really like the jeans shorts...

I think you should use regional courts, however some great New York courts would get left out. We can't have the cage and Rucker Park.

I think : 5 players by team (no subs), region courts is a very good idea, i don't like jeans shorts too, aba or fictional ball would be great.
