i just got the official patch and i want to make the game better.. will downloading and installing Jimmy's gameplay fix really work/help? thank you very much

The only way for you to truly know that would be to test it out. Also, questions like this belong in the thread dedicated to said patch, in this case, Jimmy's supposed 'gameplay fix'.
