Can anyone Please tell me where on my PC do i save this shoes patch so that i can get Jimmys roster which requires this shoe patch

You've already posted this question at several places already. Just keep it at one place alright.
And if you can't get an answer from us nor the readme file, just contact the person that made the patch. He/She, if any, should know what to do.
