3 point patch?

is anyone making a patch so 3 points will be more accurate in online gameplay? Everygame i see online its something like 4/28 or 1/10 very low outcomes unrealistic.

true it was made for a european league if i'm not mistaken, if you search for it i'm sure you'll find it
