NBA crashes everytime DURING the game

Hey I'm new here so hello to everyone.

I hope you can help me.

The problem is everytime I run NBA 2007 on my PC the game crashes during (sometimes 1st quarter , 2nd or 3rd) the match. The screen freezes and the computer reboots.
I browsed several forums and sites but was unable to find any answers to my problem.
I have downloaded all the latest drivers to my g.card as well as for my sound card. Tried turning off the sound acceleration, reinstalling the game or running it at default settings. None of these helped. Tested the copy on the other computer and it worked fine.

here are my specs (definitely meet the requirements)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
GeForce 7900GS
Gigabyte Ga-965P-D-S3

All the other games I have including Dark Messiah of Might and Magic , Pro Evolution Soccer 6 or Call of Duty casue no problems.
